Human Resource Administration

  • Annual and sick leave processing
  • Timesheet and Leave processing (Manual and on ESS)
  • Ensure that paper based personnel files are maintained and filing is done in a timely manner.


Recruitment and Selection

  • Carry out all the administrative processes in the recruitment process. (Prepare recruitment documents, organize recruitment timetables, Print CV's, log application forms, reference checks)
  • Give file with printed CV's to HR Generalist for shortlisting.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates to arrange interviews
  • Regret unsuccessful candidates.


On – Boarding and Induction

  • Administer the process for new employees (Prepare Induction pack)



  • Ensure that all changes and claims are submitted to Payroll for processing
  • Follow up on all outstanding documentation for payroll
  • Create monthly payroll file and verify data after captured on the payroll system
