About the Learnership
The Visual Merchandiser Learnership is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sales and marketing. Learnership participants will gain real-world experience in retail execution, customer interaction, and merchandising across direct and indirect outlets.
This role reports to the Account Developer and offers hands-on training in customer servicing, order placement, and brand execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute daily store visits and merchandising schedules
- Maintain product quality, availability, and visibility in line with Coca-Cola’s RED standards
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Educate customers on using the MyCCBA ordering platform
- Support sales promotional campaigns and in-store marketing efforts
- Provide relief support as instructed by the line manager
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
- English and one additional South African language (minimum 40%)
- South African citizenship
- Must be unemployed and not studying full-time
- Age: 18–35 years
- Employment Equity candidates only
- No criminal or credit record
- Willing to work six days a week
- Driver’s license is advantageous
- Must not be enrolled in or have completed any similar learnership programme
- A post-matric qualification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
