Responsibilities:
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Data capturing and updating of client information
- Telephonic engagement with clients and internal stakeholders
- Handling calls transferred from internal message center
- Audit calls, transcribe and report on any errors identified
- Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Collaboration with different stakeholders including vehicle tracking company
- Action work items timeously in line with SLA
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate / NQF 4
- Must have a Degree or Diploma
