Adcock Ingram invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the Graduate: QA Compliance Admin opportunity under the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2025 in Aeroton.
About the Programme
The objective of this programme is to provide unemployed youth with meaningful workplace experience in their field of study. Successful candidates will receive a monthly allowance to cover food and travel expenses in line with the YES contract.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Matric qualification with good academic performance (especially in English).
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Must be unemployed with no or limited work experience.
- Must comply with the definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 (as amended by Act 46 of 2013).
Competencies
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Solid computer literacy skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and self-drive.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
