Matric with Mathematics and:
- A technical standard of education at post-matric level (N3 upward)
- Manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
- Preparedness to work shifts and overtime (scheduled/unscheduled)

- Basic computer literate
- Willingness to acquire maintenance related skills
- Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
