Bidvest Tank Terminals Richards Bay has various opportunities for graduates to join the 18-month Graduate Programme commencing 01 August 2024.
The Main Purpose of the Programme:
- To provide Graduates with various practical skills to enable easy integration into the workplace.
- To provide Graduates with on-the-job work experience in their chosen fields of study.
- To provide exposure and understanding of operations within BTT.
Requirements:
- Completed Diploma or Degree in the following disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering
- Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Human Resources Management
- No previous experience
- A valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
Skills and Competencies:
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work in a logical and organised manner
- Ability to practice good workplace ethics
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a team, and/or independently as require
