We are looking for a passionate and driven Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to the execution of transformational projects in the Procurement space.

As an intern, you will work cross functionally with other Operations functions, gain hands-on experience working on innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement efficiency, sustainability, and strategic sourcing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Support Transformational Projects: Assist in the implementation of digital tools, automation solutions, and other innovative initiatives within the Operations function.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Help collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, new technologies, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify and suggest process improvements aimed at enhancing procurement efficiency and sustainability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support the integration of procurement processes into broader organizational goals and strategies.
Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations to track progress and outcomes of ongoing projects and key KPI’s

Requirements:

Pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
Has the ability to prioritize and handle own workload, is resilient and open to challenge
Maintains excellent working relationships with all colleagues
Strong communication and inter-personal skills to support stakeholders
Solid proficiency in problem-solving abilities
