We are seeking a Human Resource Management Graduate to join our Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg HR Departments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection — advertising, scheduling interviews, candidate screening, psychometric testing and drafting reports.
- Employee Engagement — support surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Leave and Attendance Management — Track and maintain time and attendance registers
- Training and Development — Track completion rates of training on Learning Managment System – escalate for disciplinary if necessary
- Conduct training needs analysis for specific branch
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding — conduct orientations, exit interviews for specific branch
- Data Protection — assist with maintaining confidentiality and records
- HR Information Systems (HRIS) — maintain databases, update employee information
- Assist with facilitating psychometric testing
- Employee Relations — Assisting with any HR related employee relations and providing support to disciplinary action required.
- Assist with any other HR duties for all branches
Requirements:
- BCom Human Resource Management Degree
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- No experience is required and full training provided,
