Position: HR Graduate (2 Positions Available)

About the Role
As an HR Graduate, you will be part of the Group Services HR team and gain real-world experience across a range of HR functions. This role is ideal for graduates seeking to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administrative duties
- Support HR reporting functions
- Escalate and follow up on employee queries
- Assist with recruitment processes, training, data capturing, reference checks, meeting minutes, and more
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Degree or BTech in Human Resource Management(Essential)
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email (Essential)
- Must be unemployed and able to commit to a 12-month programme
- Must be a South African citizen aged 18–29 years
