Job Title: Trainee in Sales Department

Job Description:

• Responsibilities:
  1. Stand-in for Reps (Representatives) and Account Developers.
  2. Assist with the coordination of promotions & events.
  3. Assist the Sales department and learn about the business with the view to developing into a Sales Rep position.
  4. Perform applicable Sales functions/Repping.
  5. Market Development and prospecting.
  6. Managing company assets.
  7. Co-ordinate promotional execution and events (only applicable to Touch Channel).
  8. SHEQ Responsibilities (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality).

Skills, Experience & Education:

• Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6) in Sales/Marketing or Business, preferably.
• 2 years of relevant experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Promotional work experience would be advantageous (only applicable to Touch Channel).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
