Course: Diploma (Interior Design)

In this course the focus is on the development of the ability of the interested party to design the interior of the working environments and also the living environments within existing buildings when being renovated or installations in a new building

Requirements: • Minimum statutory NSC requirements for diploma entry must be met. • English, Afrikaans or isiXhosa (home language or first additional language) on at least a level 5 (60–69%). • Mathematical Literacy 5 (60-69%). • Qualifying applicants will be required to prepare a prescribed portfolio, attend an interview and complete a placement assessment
Job Opportunities: Employment opportunities for interior designers exist with interior design firms, architectural practices, furniture manufacturers and suppliers and property developers, or as self-employed consultants.
