Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound interactions
• Managing back-office activities (Non-Technical Dispatch and follow-ups)
• Managing Multi-media activities and Outbound (proactive customer interaction) Campaigns
• Engaging in general customer interaction and service improvement
• Supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Processes
• Handling Vending, Prepaid, and Easy pay operations
