We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
  • listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems
  • Sell Umsuka products and assist client to complete application form telephonically
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Taking messages and direct them to relevant people
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the Umsuka App

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

NB. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role will be advantageous
