Purpose

The Fraser Alexander Graduate Programme aims to provide recent graduates with advanced workplace learning in their specialized disciplines.

Programme Overview

Civil Engineering Graduate

As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will gain exposure to:

• Tailings dam design, construction, and operating requirements.
• Understanding the implementation of the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISM) on various Fraser Alexander sites.
• Technical reporting, presentations, and participation in technical meetings on tailings management.
• Plant structures and civil works, including design aspects.

Industrial Engineering Graduate

As an Industrial Engineering Graduate, you will gain exposure to:

• Tailings dam design, construction, and operating requirements.
• Understanding the implementation of GISM on various Fraser Alexander sites.
• Technical reporting, presentations, and participation in technical meetings on tailings management.
• Plant structures and civil works, including design aspects.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering: BSc / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Civil Engineering.
• Industrial Engineering: BSc / Honor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.

General Requirements:

• Must be medically fit.
• Must be unemployed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Candidates must not have participated in a similar Graduate Programme previously.
