Responsibilities:

  • Supporting HR Business Partners in their day-to-day business.
  • Processing administrative activities such as preparation of employment contracts, letters and gathering all information required for employment, bank details, tax no.’s etc.
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Participate in HR projects (in the context of digitization and process optimisation, employee wellness etc).
  • Assist in the administration of the Employee Education Assistance program.
  • Coordination and payments of bursaries.
  • Attend to ad hoc departmental matters.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Degree in:
  1. Human Resources Management,
  2. Industrial Psychology
  3. or related qualification.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise.
  • Work well in the team and be able to drive individual assignments / projects.
  • Understanding of labour laws BCEA, LRA, EEA , SDA, BBB-EE.
