Idwala Industrial Holdings is offering an exciting opportunity for Engineering Learnerships at its Carbonates Operation in Port Shepstone for the 2025 intake.
This is your chance to gain hands-on technical experience and develop valuable skills in a heavy industrial setting. Don’t miss out!
Available Learnership Opportunities:
- Diesel Mechanic
- Instrument Mechanician
- Fitter
- Electrician
- Boilermaker
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate with Mathematics and English (minimum 40%)
- Physical Science is an added advantage
- N2 with 4 or 5 subjects passed in line with the discipline requirements
OR
NCV Level 4 in an appropriate trade - Age between 18-35
- Currently unemployed
- Medically fit according to MHSA Act 29 of 1996
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Preference will be given to Port Shepstone residents
Key Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work in a mining or heavy industrial environment
- Be open to shift work if required
- Must pass a medical fitness assessment
- Commitment to learning and hands-on experience
