Illovo Sugar South Africa invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Graduate Trainee Internship Programme 2025
About the Programme
Illovo Sugar South Africa is offering a 12-month Graduate Trainee Programmeaimed at unemployed graduates from previously disadvantaged groups. This opportunity will provide practical on-the-job training in the following fields:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHERQ)
Available Graduate Trainee Positions
1. HR Graduate Trainee
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
- South African citizenship
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and communication
2. SHERQ Graduate Trainee
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management or Environmental Science
- South African citizenship
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Culture fit: Safety, quality, and teamwork oriented
