Programme Overview
Kia South Africa invites unemployed youth aged between 18–29, residing in Gauteng, Polokwane, Nelspruit, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, to apply for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme. This initiative provides structured workplace exposure within the automotive industry, enabling young people to develop practical skills, build confidence and gain valuable professional experience.

Requirements
To qualify, applicants must be:
- Aged between 18 – 29 years old, currently unemployed
- A South African citizen with a valid ID
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Additional qualifications will be advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- Must not have participated in a YES Programme previously
Skills and Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (where applicable)
- Absolute integrity, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic coupled with the curiosity to learn and develop
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions and tasking diligently
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and workplace standards
