McCain Foods (SA) is offering a structured 12 month (fixed term) Graduate Trainee Programme to Graduates in the below mentioned fields of study.

This programme is primarily aimed at new entrants to the world of work who recently obtained an academic qualification geared towards providing and developing recent graduates.

The programme consists of eight online training modules that will span over a period of 12 months. Commencing from April 2023 to end April 2024. We will take in a number of Graduates in various functions on this programme.

The following Graduate Opportunities are open for applications:

Graduate Trainee – Commercial

BCom degree in:

Sales
Marketing
Business Management

Graduate Trainee – Safety

BTech degree in Safety Management
BTech Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Health & Safety

Graduate Trainee – Food Science

BSc Food Science
BTech Food Science & Technology
B Degree Consumer Science/ Consumer Science (Food & Nutrition)
BEng or BSc Industrial Engineering

Graduate Trainee – Agriculture

BSc Agronomy/Plant Science (Honours) or Masters

Graduate Trainee – Engineering

BEng / BTech in: Mechanical Engineering
BEng / BTech in: Electrical Engineering

Applicant Requirements:

Must be a South African Citizen
Must demonstrate that you have graduated and/or completed your degree and/or diploma (in the fields as listed in the advert)
Must not be part of an Internship or Graduate programme OR have previously partaken in an Internship or Graduate programme.
