Momentum Metropolitan invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Marketing Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.

Location: Gauteng and Western Cape, South Africa: The above-mentioned position is currently available in the Group Brand and Marketing division based at our office in Centurion, Gauteng  or Bellville, Cape Town.

JOB PURPOSE

Provide administrative support to the marketing team in the coordination and execution of internal marketing campaigns and plans, in support of the marketing strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with and support the marketing team to execute the marketing strategy and enable growth.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team to ensure efficient functioning of the team.
• Coordinate the production of various marketing collateral for all internal channels, both trandtional and digital in association with service providers.

• Maintain marketing databases with relevant information, for ease and efficiency of use within the marketing team.
• Create and compile marketing reports to report on effectiveness, impact and outcomes of marketing campaigns and activities.

• Assist with the management of relevant internal marketing channels and coordinate marketing content.
• Assist with the management of ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns and plans, while ensuring that every initiative is aimed at increasing brand awareness.

• Schedule marketing presentations and campaigns, maintaining an annual marketing project calendar, in line with specified deadlines.
• Provide assistance with the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies
• Assist with the quality checking of internal marketing material, prior to distribution to ensure alignment to brief as well as the marketing plan, to record measurable engagement, where necessary.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to support future campaigns and partnerships.
• Enable distribution of marketing material via internal communication channels according to various marketing and project plans. In doing this be willing to attend relevant training on platform software to provide hands on support.
• Collaborate and contribute towards Internal Marketing campaign scheduling to enable effective channel management as a team.
• Collaborate with and support in the planning and execution of Internal and External Marketing activations and events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• 1 year relevant experience in marketing or related field
