Programme Overview

We are pleased to invite motivated and enthusiastic young individuals to apply for a Graduate Programme within the Automotive Industry. This programme offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, develop practical skills, and take the first step toward building a successful career in a professional environment.

What You Will Gain

Departments

Learnership Opportunities Available in the Following Departments:

Administration Department
Warehouse Department
Operations Department

Requirements

Age: Between 18 and 29 years old
Qualification: Must have a Diploma or Degree
SETA Eligibility: Must not have previously participated in any SETA-funded programme
NSFAS: Must not currently be funded by NSFAS
Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 12-month programme
Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the region of placement

Skills and Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy (where applicable)
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
Commitment to meeting deadlines and workplace standards
