NERSA is contributing towards youth and skills development in South Africa through its Internship and Learnership Programmes. These Programmes provide an opportunity for unemployed graduates to gain meaningful workplace exposure and to develop new skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have completed a National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or higher at a South African University;
  • Be an unemployed South African citizen

Successful applicants will be appointed on a 12 Month contract with NERSA for either the Internship / Learnership Programmes (with no guarantee of permanent employment thereafter but the opportunity will be considered on merit).
