Location: Supreme Court of Appeal, Bloemfontein, Free State

Salary: R163 680 – R192 810 per annum (Level 3)
Contract: Permanent (includes signing of a performance agreement)
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 (ABET Level 3) or equivalent
- Advantageous:
- Grade 12
- Qualification in Plumbing, Electrical, or Carpentry
- General maintenance experience
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building infrastructure layouts
- Computer literacy
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and innovation abilities
- Ability to work independently and reliably
Key Duties
- Perform general building maintenance
- Handle plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work
- Conduct routine inspections of the building (weekly/monthly)
- Report equipment movement and property damage
