Key Responsibilities
- Listing / Marketing / Selling residential properties
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities
- Promote sales through advertisements and show houses to possible buyers
- Completing necessary agreements and mandate documents
- Perform comparative market analysis to determine estimated value of properties
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys and mortgage originators
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate, negotiation processes and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Applicants must also have their own laptop.

- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivation and persistence
