We have an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Intern, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
Responsibilities:
- HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. SAGE, Greylink)HR Operations understanding and application (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations)Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle, SAGE)Process understanding for the following disciplines within Human Resources:Learning and DevelopmentTalent / Skills DevelopmentOrganisational DevelopmentIndustrial RelationsThe intern will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.May be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a National Diploma: Human Resource Management (final year)Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating the relevant exposure and experience needed)Driver’s license (advantageous)
