RBS Academy: Insurance Mentee (Trainee Programme)

Our academy is now accepting applications for the upcoming enrollment in an exceptional program designed to fast-track your career in the short-term insurance industry.

To explore this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:  

• We are seeking candidates with the appropriate qualifications, certifications, or degree, but more importantly, we value intrinsic motivation and a genuine passion for this field of work. Formal education is not a primary requirement.
• Be driven, ambitious and comfortable with change.
• You must be a committed for the three years period of the program
• Candidates must be based in Cape Town, Johannesburg, or the Port Elizabeth for the duration of the program, as this is an in-office academy program

Does this mean you need a degree? Nope!

We are looking for individuals who have shown an interest in the insurance industry whether through:

• A degree in finance or related to business,
• A short course in insurance,
• Or Any relevant certification in the industry.
