Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured learnership program combining theoretical study and practical workplace experience.
Gain hands-on experience in underwriting and claims processes.
Work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance sector.

Requirements:

Age: 18-35 years old.
Currently be unemployed
Education: Must have passed matric with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (40% +) as well as English First Language or First Additional Language (40% +)
Learnership Experience: Must not have participated in an INSETA Learnership in the past 18 months.
Location: Must be based in Cape Town.
