In line with our approved Social and Labour Plan (SLP), Northam Platinum Zondereinde Mine is looking to offer students an opportunity to qualify as Artisans. This is an exciting opportunity in which the successful learner (s) shall be required to sign the MQA Learnership Agreement equivalent to the duration of the programme and credits
qualification.

Minimum Requirements:
External Candidates:
- Successful candidates must have successfully completed Grade 12 with English and Mathematics (Not Maths Literacy)
Internal Candidates:
- Successful candidates must have successfully completed Grade 12 with English and Mathematics (Not Maths Literacy) as a minimum requirement or a completed AET level 4.
The learner will be given a Fixed-term Contract of Employment aligned to the duration of the learnership agreement (extemal learners only) with a stipend /
allowance.
