This position assist in the first line support for Learning Management System, learning technologies and admin support. Assists in the consolidation of data, reporting and analysis of training reports. Collaborates and engages with other teams in the People Development and Grow team to share and gain knowledge. The learner must be passionate about learning new skills.
The learnership programme is aimed at matriculants and offers:
- A 12-month contract
- A monthly stipend
- On the job training and assessment
- Continuous coaching and mentoring

- Acquire knowledge of company products, services and operational processes and systems
- Complete practical onsite training
- Fill out logbooks for workplace-based learning
- Pass and complete the required level in formative and summative assessments
- Carry out tasks and duties as contracted with your manager
Requirements:
- Applicants must be South African citizens
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric
- Not be currently employed
- Be aged between 18 and 35 years
- Not have completed a previous learnership
- Be willing to commit to complete the 12-month programme
