This is an entry-level position designed to provide foundational experience in demand forecasting and supply chain planning. It involves hands-on work with data analysis, forecasting tools, and reporting systems to support accurate demand planning. The role will support the end-to-end demand planning cycle, including data gathering, forecast generation, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, which directly influences inventory levels, customer service, and cost efficiency.
Identify trends and insights from sales and market data to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to align demand plans with business objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools (e.g., APO, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan) is advantageous.
Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
