Thulamela Municipality invites unemployed graduate to apply for Finance Internship Programme 2024.

Department: Budget & Treasury
Division: Expenditure
Position: Municipal Finance Management Interns
Number of Posts: 10
Duration: 24 months
Annual Salary: R100,000.00

Requirements:

• Graduate with a three-year Bachelor’s Degree/B.Compt/National Diploma in Accounting/Cost & Management Accounting/Taxation/Internal Auditing from a recognized University or University of Technology.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Revenue management activities.
• Expenditure management activities.
• Assets management activities.
• Supply chain management activities.
• Budget and reporting activities.
• Internal audit activities.
