Toyota South Africa invites unemployed youth to apply for the Learner Maintenance Learnership Programme 2025.
Programme Purpose
The Toyota Learner Maintenance Learnership offers structured training and practical experience to prepare participants for careers in maintenance and manufacturing. Learners will be trained in:
- Teamwork and workplace collaboration
- Safety and proper use of hand tools
- Assembly, manufacturing drawings, and marking-off
- Welding
- Operation and monitoring of production machines
- Surface preparation
- Firefighting skills
- Operations and product dispatch
Upon completion, successful learners will achieve an NQF Level 3 certification.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6), OR
- Matric/Technical Matric with:
- Mathematics & Physical Science OR Engineering Science
- Electrical Trade Theory OR Mechanical Trade Theory OR Motor Trade Theory
- Mechanical Drawing OR Graphical Design
