The University of South Africa (UNISA), in partnership with Finance and Accounting Services Sector Education and Training Authority (FASSET), invites unemployed UNISA graduates to apply for the 12-month Internship Programme 2026.
This opportunity is exclusively for UNISA graduates who have completed a qualification at NQF Level 6 and above.
Internship Overview
- Duration: 12 Months (01 April 2026 – 31 March 2027)
- Type: Internship Agreement (Not an employment contract)
- Stipend: R127 576.00 per annum
- Closing Date: 06 March 2026 (23:59)
- Locations: Pretoria (Muckleneuk & Sunnyside) and Johannesburg (Florida)
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a UNISA graduate (NQF Level 6 and above)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must not be older than 35 years
- Must have no prior work experience
- Must not have previously participated in a FASSET-funded programme
- Must not have been previously appointed at UNISA or any other organisation
- Must not apply for multiple positions in one submission (separate applications required)
