Aspiring individuals seeking an opportunity to learn and work in the dairy industry can apply for Woodlands Dairy’s Learnership Programme 2024 in Raw Milk, Cream Handling, and Storage.

Program Overview:

• Duration: A 12-month Learnership Programme encompassing both theoretical and practical components.

About Woodlands Dairy Group:

• Gutsche Family Investments (GFI) holds a 75% stake in the Woodlands Dairy Group, a family-owned business.
• African Pioneer Group (Pty) and Nozala Investments (Pty) Ltd jointly own the remaining 25%.
• Originating as a modest packaging plant for Woodlands Farm’s milk in 1995, under Gutsche family ownership, the company has grown.

About the Learnership:

• The Dairy Learnership focuses on dairy processing, including Nature of Milk, Milk Reception, Lab Testing, CIP, & COP.
• Aimed at unemployed Matriculants, the programme offers an opportunity to start a career in dairy processing.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Unemployed South African youth between 18 and 29 years old with a Matric qualification.
• No prior work experience is required.
