The company is offering 2-year Workplace experience programme for graduates who recently graduated and are interested to work in a manufacturing/production environment. We are looking for a motivated IT graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about building a career in IT support and networking.
The graduate will receive exposure in all areas/tasks related to his/her field of study to gain vast knowledge and experience. Some of the tasks you will learn are as follows:
- Assist with IT support tasks (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Learn and support network and system administration functions
- Participate in IT projects and maintenance activities
- Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions
- Support users and ensure minimal downtime
Requirements:
The graduates should have acquired the following qualifications from the university to be part of this graduate programme:
- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology (IT), including certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ (N+), or an equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology
- CCNA qualification or equivalent (advantageous)
- Strong interest in networking, systems, and IT infrastructure
- Willingness to learn and grow

- Good problem-solving
- Communication skills
