Key Responsibilities
- Learn & adhere to clear understandings of the clients’ requirements.
- Build the knowledge & experience to ensure the correct use of equipment and to timeously report any defects.
- To report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer merchandise.
- To work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business.
- When carrying out duties – adapt to following operating procedures and safe working practices.
- A strong ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and analysis.
- A commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks undertaken.
- A proactive approach to seeking enhancements in processes and outcomes.
- A solid grasp of supply chain operations and their intricacies.
- While not necessarily an expert in a specific area, a desire to gain exposure to various aspects of the business in a multitasking environment.
- Willingness to get involved in tasks, even if they fall outside of primary responsibilities.
- A commitment to promoting standardization across processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Power BI.
- Committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Open to gaining experience across multiple areas, thriving in a multitasking environment.
- Willing to engage in hands-on tasks, even those outside of core responsibilities.
- Passionate about driving standardization initiatives.
