Accounts Receivable Graduate is responsible for providing Finance support to the organization, will assist in providing general administrative support to the Finance Manager and extended Leadership Team. This is a trainee position, and the incumbent will be provided with regular training.
Responsibilities:
- Receive regular training as and when agreed in a training programme, to understand the general activities of the Finance Team and deliver financial services to the organization
- Assists in providing general administrative support to the Finance Team including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General and Ad-hoc support
- Assists Accounts Receivable Team in collecting sets of documentation to ensure payment by Government Hospitals
- Assists the Finance Manager in setting Standard Operating Procedures relative to Public Healthcare
- Reporting (content and format as agreed) monthly as agreed
- Achieve agreed personal targets and assists the Line Manager in achieving agreed team targets
- Receive training so that you can ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures
- Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation and its suppliers and clients/customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- An initial understanding of Finance and challenges related to/with Finance
- Basic understanding of administration and the general office environment
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
