Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Base Airport and will be responsible for:

  • Assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes
  • Handling flight disruptions or cancellations professionally
  • Managing and safeguarding confidential information
  • Addressing customer complaints promptly
  • Escalating complex issues to the Supervisor
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience in airport operations and ticket sales
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written English, including phone etiquette
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
