Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:

  • Assist with ICT support queries across offices and digital centres
  • Support project and procurement documentation (Terms of Reference – TOR)
  • Assist Supply Chain Management with ICT-related queries
  • Perform general ICT administration tasks
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in ICT or related field
  • ICT helpdesk experience/exposure
  • Valid driver’s licence

  • A+ Certification
  • N+ Certification
  • MCSE Certification
