This is a two year graduate programme where the successful candidate will receive practical exposure to the Retail and the maintenance of administrative functions that relate to client finance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of good customer service and marketing
- Inventory and shelf control
- Execution and control of administrative functions;
- Management of finances and cash handling;
- Management of staff;
- Asset management and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Agric / B.Com with Agriculture, B.Com or equivalent qualification;
- Previous experience in an agricultural environment advantageous;
- Valid drivers licence.
Competencies:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Good numerical ability;
- Good organisational skills;
- Must be able to thrive under pressure;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
