The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Develop and implement custom processing scripts in Sentinel Hub, Digital Earth Africa, and other platforms. • Improvement of Earth Observation products and services based on internal and external feedback. • Integration of SANSA Frontend to other existing portals such as Sentinel Hub and Digital Earth Africa. • Develop and implement custom processing scripts for product development in Sentinel Hub, Digital Earth Africa, and other platforms. • Product development using machine learning or deep learning techniques. • Improvement of Earth Observation products and services based on internal and external feedback. • Integration of SANSA platforms to other existing platforms such as Sentinel Hub, Digital Earth Africa.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- BSc Hons in Remote Sensing/ Geoinformatics/ Computer Science/Geography/ Environmental Sciences/ GIS or related field.
- MSc or PhD will be an added advantage.
