Purpose of the Role: To provide an end-to-end support within the HR Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the HR strategy by working closely with the HRBP.
  • Analyze and prepare weekly and monthly HR dashboard.
  • Schedule performance improvement plan sessions
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Absenteeism and OT weekly and monthly tracking, generate reports and insights on Absenteeism and OT. 100% compliance to Global working hours policy.
  • Support learning team in Administrative duties, in identifying learning needs in our organization.
  • Full adherence to labour legislation is something we’re 100% committed to getting right.
  •  Document employee relations cases and maintain accurate records.
  •  Minute taking during union meetings and disciplinary enquiries
  •  Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to employee relations.
  •  Participate in workshops and training sessions aimed at improving workplace     relationships.
  •  Collaborate with HR team members on various employee relations projects.
  •  Conduct research on best practices in employee relations and workplace harmony.
  • Coordinate ER Activities, union meetings, Take minutes during union meetings, derive actions and follow up, working closely with ER Specialist in putting together bundle of documents, executing case hearing logistics.

Requirements:

  • Completed Human Resource Degree
  • Post Graduate Diploma in ER is advantageous.
